Our Story
Hi my name is Allan Ross, Founder and Buyer's Agent at Ross Property Advisory. I was first introduced into the property scene when I attended a property seminar for the first time in my 20s. Since that point I have not looked back. As a property owner and investor, property has always been more than just real estate and investments. It has developed into a genuine passion of mine. I've always been fascinated by the opportunities of wealth that property can create for everyone.
I am originally from New Zealand and proud of my Maori and European heritage. I have strong core values of integrity, genuine care for people, community and family. Operating from Brisbane Australia, I treat every client with honesty, respect, and care, ensuring their property goals remain my highest priority.
For over 20 years I have been working in the IT industry which has enabled me to first understand the client's goals and requirements, analysing the data and mapping a way forward implementing appropriate systems/tools and processes that are fit for purpose. These skills have supported me well in real estate investing and supporting others on their journey to building wealth.
I realise that buying property can be one of the biggest financial decisions a person will ever make. It can also be one of the most overwhelming. There is so much information to navigate, decisions to make, and still feel uncertain about whether you're making the right choice.
